Summary:

  • Implement API backoff enforcement, quieter logging, retry controls, queue watchdog, cache fixes, analyzer verdicts, settings defaults, pinned sidebar, toast placement, and app icons.
  • Remove .github/dependabot.yml as requested before PR creation.

  • bun run test
  • bun run build
  • bun run dist:dir
