Summary

  • update safely compatible dependencies to current stable releases
  • move supported TypeScript and Bun tooling to TypeScript 7 and Bun 1.4
  • retain explicit compatibility pins where the latest major requires a separate migration

Verification

  • package-manager lockfile consistency and frozen installs
  • targeted typechecking, linting, tests, audits, and language-specific checks
  • git diff --check

No persisted-data migration is included.
