Summary

harden agent memory limits, recall framing, workspace discovery, revision conflicts, and timeline pagination
reduce note search, polling, relation scan, memory cache, and encrypted attachment costs while preserving storage guarantees
fix outage handling, destructive confirmations, token defaults, mobile task focus, accessibility, and large note/session lists
remove duplicated and stale code, then add production Knip coverage and focused regression tests
